The Taconic Hotel is an 87 room upscale boutique hotel in the beautiful town of Manchester Vermont.  The Hotel is now open and in operation, and the project has now been approved by USCIS.

A mixed-use development with approximately 1,012,000 square feet of gross floor area comprised of the following components: A residential component containing approximately 887,000 square feet of gross floor area; A retail component containing approximately 125,000 square feet of gross floor area of which approximately 60,000 square feet of gross floor area may be allocated to a supermarket; and an underground parking garage and possible above-grade parking with between 700 and 800 car parking spaces.
